How to cook "Braid with condensed milk"
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine warm water, milk, sugar, salt, vanillin, cottage cheese and vegetable oil.
Add yeast and add flour in portions.
Flour can go a little more or less than the specified amount in the recipe. The dough should end up quite firm, but soft, not clogged with flour. Collect it in a ball, brush with oil, cover and store in a warm place for about 1 hour.
It should approximately double in size.
Place the matched dough on a greased surface and divide in two. Roll out each in the shape of a rectangle, about 5 mm thick and brush with a thin layer of condensed milk.
Roll up the roll and, stepping back slightly from the edge, cut each lengthwise with a sharp knife.
Interlace the cut pieces together.
Transfer the pieces to a generously oiled baking sheet, even if using parchment. Sprinkle the braids with poppy seeds and let sit for 15 minutes.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Braids with condensed milk are ready. Chill them on a wire rack and serve.
Enjoy your meal!
