  • Potatoes - 6-8 Pieces
  • Minced pork - 350 Grams
  • Mushrooms - 20 grams (dried white)
  • Onion - 3 Pieces

1. Boil half of the potatoes in the skins until tender. Soak the mushrooms in warm water.

2. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Place in a skillet and fry until golden brown. Gently peel off and set aside on a plate.

3. Peel and chop the onion. Fry half of the onion with mushrooms in a little melted fat. Peel and grate potatoes (boiled and raw). Squeeze the wet one well so that there is no excess water.

4. Slightly salt and pepper the fried mushrooms with onions, remove from heat.

5. Combine with minced meat. Add more spices and stir. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and add salt to it. Form a tortilla out of the potatoes, place the filling in the center and gently cover. Place in boiling water and cook over medium heat.

6. Serve the finished zeppelin to the table with fried onions (previously set aside onions, fry until golden brown in a small amount of fat), cracklings and sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
