How to make "Pear Jam with Poppy Seeds"
Prepare the food you need. Fill the poppy with hot water, fold it onto a sieve. Wash the pears.
Cut the pears into slices, remove the seeds. Place in a saucepan and cover with sugar. Open the cardamom boxes, crush the seeds. Add poppy seeds, cardamom, lemon juice, and a cinnamon stick to the pears. Let stand for 30 minutes for the pear to start juicing.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick.
Pour hot jam into sterilized jars, roll up the lids. Cool it down. Store in a cool and dark place.
