- Cod - 800 Grams
- Lemon - 1/2 Piece
- Milk - 400 Milliliters
- Celery Root - 180 Grams

- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Butter - 30 Grams
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Seasoning for fish - 1 teaspoon

How to cook "Cod in milk"
Peel onions, carrots and celery, wash vegetables. Then cut them into cubes about 1 centimeter thick. Peel and chop the garlic. Saute vegetables in vegetable oil until golden brown in olive oil.
Peel the fish and rinse well. Then dry it and cut into steaks about three centimeters thick. Rub the cod with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.
Put cod steaks, fried vegetables in a baking dish, add bay leaves, pour hot milk over everything. Then sprinkle everything with fish seasoning, and put a piece of butter on each steak.
Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees. Place the fish in it and bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
