How to cook "Layered Tomato Omelet"
1 For the first layer: break a chicken egg into a bowl, pour milk into one of the shell halves and pour over the egg, add 1 spoonful of flour, salt and pepper, mix. Cut the ham into cubes and mix with the eggs. 2 Pour the omelet into a hot skillet and saute until tender, transfer to a plate and sprinkle with grated hard cheese. 3 For the second layer: combine eggs, half an eggshell milk, flour, salt and pepper. Finely chop the herbs and mix with the omelet. 4 Fry the second layer in the same skillet, then transfer it to the first layer and sprinkle with cheese. 5 For the third omelet, combine the eggs with milk (half of the shell), flour, salt and pepper. Dice the tomatoes and add to the egg. 6 Fry the third omelet in a skillet and stack on top of the second layer, sprinkle with cheese. 7 Send the omelet to the microwave for 60-90 seconds to melt the cheese, then serve.
