How to make "Tarragon and Mint Syrup"
Boil the syrup from sugar and water, cool, add lemon juice. Wash mint and tarragon leaves. Place the herbs in a blender, pour over the syrup, beat until smooth.
Strain the fragrant mixture through 3-4 layers of cheesecloth. Squeeze well.
Store the syrup in a sealed glass container in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days.
