How to cook "Lean Gingerbread with Dried Fruit"
1 Walnuts must be peeled and chopped. Add sugar and butter to them. Mix everything. 2 Pour honey and apple juice into the mixture. Quench the baking soda with vinegar and also add to the mass along with the flour. Knead the dough. 3 Rinse dried fruits under running water. Cut prunes and dried apricots into small pieces. Add them along with the raisins to the dough. 4 Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Pour the dough into a baking dish. Bake for half an hour. 5 Reduce the temperature to 160 degrees if the gingerbread begins to burn. Leave the baked goods in a warm place for a while.
