- Raspberries - 100-150 Grams
- Vanilla ice cream - 150 Grams
- Powdered sugar - 40 Grams
- Mint - To taste (for garnish)
How to make "Dessert with Peaches and Raspberries"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Sort the raspberries and clean them of debris. Wash the peach.
Whisk raspberries with powdered sugar with a blender.
Grind raspberries through a sieve for a pitted puree. Cut the peach into wedges.
Put half of the raspberry puree on the bottom of the bowls or glasses.
Then peach wedges.
Put cold vanilla ice cream on top of the peaches.
And pour the second half of the raspberry puree.
Decorate the dessert with fresh mint and serve immediately!
