Lazy dumplings are called lazy because they are easy and simple to prepare. It is important that the cottage cheese is dry, that is, it should not contain whey, otherwise you will need a lot of flour, which will affect the taste of the dumplings. Choose ripe but firm peaches. I usually add ready-made dumplings with honey, sour cream or butter, choose to taste.

How to cook "Lazy Peach Dumplings"
Pour sugar and salt into a bowl, add eggs, beat everything with a whisk.
Add cottage cheese to a bowl and mix everything.
Pour 50 grams of flour and mix. We will add the remaining flour in small portions and stir constantly. The dough should be soft and not sticky, therefore, adjust the amount of flour in the process.
Cut the peaches into small pieces. First, remove the bones.
We send the peach pieces into the dough and mix everything.
Divide the dough into 2-3 parts. Shape the sausages and place them on a floured board. Then we cut it with a sharp knife, as shown in the photo.
Put lazy dumplings into a pot of boiling water. Cook for about 5 minutes. Do not cover with a lid.
Put the finished dumplings in a plate and pour over the honey. You can add fruit and mint to your liking. Enjoy your meal!
