I cook jam in the microwave. It never burns in the microwave and thickens quickly. Apple and cranberry jam can be cooked all year round in small portions. However, it does well in a cool dry place. Try it!

How to cook "Apple and cranberry jam in the microwave"
Peel the apples and the seed box, then grate on a coarse grater. Add cranberries and cover with half the sugar. Leave on for 4-5 hours.
Boil the berry mixture at 800 W microwave power for 5-7 minutes, stirring once. Cool the jam a little, add the remaining sugar, combined with gelatin and spices. Mix well.
Then send the jam back to the microwave and cook at 500 W for another 6-7 minutes, stirring twice. The jam should thicken.
Cool the jam. Place in dry jars and let cool. After crusting, close the top with paper. Store in a cool dry place.
It is very tasty to serve with homemade cakes and just for tea. Enjoy your meal!
