How to make "Almond Grapecake"
Whisk the softened butter with sugar and white vanilla extract.
Beat in eggs one at a time, beating each well. Add liquor and whisk again.
Sift wheat flour with salt and baking powder, add almond flour and add to egg and butter mixture. Knead the dough at low speed of the mixer.
Add half of the washed and dried grapes, and gently stir into the dough with a spatula.
Transfer the dough to a muffin pan and spread the rest of the grapes on top, gently pressing the berries into the dough.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove the finished cake from the mold and cool completely on the wire rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy your tea!
