How to make Pear & Chocolate Pie
Prepare all ingredients including flour, baking powder, vanillin, and salt.
Beat vegetable oil and one egg with a mixer on high speed until fluffy white.
Beat the rest of the eggs with sugar and vanilla for 4-5 minutes.
Combine 2 egg mixtures and stir with a spatula or mixer on low speed. Combine flour with baking powder and sift. Then gently use a spatula to stir into the dough with upward movements.
Wash and peel the pears. Cut into small cubes, stir into the dough together with the chocolate drops.
A multicooker bowl or baking dish 22-24 cm. Grease with vegetable oil, lay out the dough. Bake in a multicooker on the "Baking" mode for 60-65 minutes. In the oven - 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees. Use a wooden skewer to check the cake.
The cake is ready! Let it rest in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then gently turn it over onto a platter. It turns out to be very tender and tasty, both warm and cold. Invite everyone to tea with fresh mint.
