How to cook "Pickle with smoked sausage"
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes and place in a saucepan.
Pour meat broth into a saucepan.
Peel, wash and chop onions and carrots. Place in a skillet with sunflower oil. Simmer vegetables over low heat, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
Add carrots and onions to the soup. Rinse the rice and also send it to the boiling soup.
Grate pickled or pickled cucumber.
When the potatoes, onions, carrots, and rice are cooked, add the grated pickles to a saucepan.
