- Fish Fillet - 1 Kilogram
- Onions - 3 tbsp. spoons (sliced)
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Butter - 9 Art. spoons (melted butter, 6 spoons for marinating fillets, 3 spoons for frying)
- Ground pepper - 1 pinch
- Parsley - 1 Pinch
- Lemon - 1 Piece
- Celery stalk - 1 Piece
- Salt, pepper - To taste
- Sage - To taste
- Bread - 1 Slice
How to cook "Stuffed Fish"
1 Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. 2 Cut the fish into strips and lightly salt. 3 Roll the fish fillets, greased inside with butter. 4 In a small skillet, sauté the onions and celery in butter until golden brown. 5 Add 1 teaspoon salt, ground pepper, sage and bread cubes to the vegetable / oil mixture. Add some hot water if the filling feels too dry. 6 Fill the fish rolls with this mixture (spoonful). Sprinkle with chopped parsley. 7 Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Check readiness with a fork. Enjoy your meal!
