How to cook "Curd pancakes with caramel apples"
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and kefir. Stir.
Sift the flour. Add baking soda.
Add flour to the dough. Add boiling water. Stir well so that there are no lumps. Leave the dough to stand for 15 minutes.
Fry the pancakes.
For the apple filling, melt the butter in a skillet. Add sugar and bring to complete dissolution, stirring occasionally.
Add chopped apples and simmer in caramel sauce for 10-15 minutes.
Cool the filling a little, put on pancakes and wrap.
