- Canned pineapple - 1/2 Pieces (can)
- Pine nuts - 70 Grams (or almonds)
- Gelatin - 15 Grams (instant)
How to make Pineapple Dessert
Prepare the food you need. Throw the pineapples on a sieve, drain the syrup.
Soak gelatin in syrup, set aside for 15 minutes to swell.
Dissolve the gelatin over low heat, do not boil. Remove from heat, beat with a mixer until fluffy, slowly pouring in the concentrated milk.
Pour the mass into silicone molds, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Place pineapple pieces and pine nuts on top of the slightly hardened jelly. Refrigerate the dessert until it solidifies.
