Cooking description:

My method of pickling tomatoes for the winter differs from many in that I do not prepare the marinade, but immediately add salt, sugar and pour the vinegar into the jar. My tomatoes are sweetish and very tasty. I do not put cloves, hot peppers, peppercorns and other spices. This is all for the amateur and for those who do not have allergies. I have a sparing option for everyone. For many years I have been preparing tomatoes like this and it always turns out delicious. Try it, you won't regret it.
