- Milk - 1 Glass
- Wheat flour - 500 grams
- Fresh yeast - 40 grams
- Eggs - 2 Pieces (small)
- Butter - 75 Grams
- Sugar - 3-4 Tbsp. spoons
- Apples - 4 Pieces
- Honey - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Dried cranberries or raisins - 50 Grams
- Salt - 1/3 Teaspoon
How to cook "Bakery Pie"
Crumble fresh yeast, add a spoonful of sugar and flour, and a little warm milk. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.
Sift flour into a bowl, add yeast solution, melted butter, salt, sugar and beaten eggs.
Knead a smooth, soft dough. Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 40 minutes, let it fit.
For the filling, grate the apples on a coarse grater. If very juicy - squeeze out the juice. Add honey and cranberries or raisins. Mix.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer and lay out the apple filling. Wrap in a roll.
Cut the roll into 10-12 rolls and place in a parchment-lined baking dish. Leave for 20 minutes for the buns to grow.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy your tea!
