How to make "Ground Beef, Tomato and Bean Roast"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan, add finely chopped onion and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until onions are soft.
Then add tomato paste, chili powder and cocoa powder. Stir and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Add minced meat to the pan, and constantly kneading it with a spoon, fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and canned beans to the pot. Check for salt, add more if needed. Simmer the roast over less than medium heat for 10-15 minutes until the minced meat is done.
