- Egg whites - 4 pieces
- Greens - 2 Bunches (dill, parsley, spinach, green onions and any of your choice)
- Water - 50 Milliliters
- Wheat flour / grade - 2-3 st. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Sweet pepper - 1 Piece (preferably 2 halves of different colors)
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Brynza - 150 Grams (soft Serbian)
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
How to make Green Squirrel Roll
Put the greens in the bowl of the food processor, add 50 ml of water and punch until smooth.
Add egg whites, whisk with herbs. Ddtlbnt flour and butter, season with salt and pepper to taste. Punch the mass until smooth.
Pour the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 5 minutes. The dough should just grab and become elastic.
Take out the finished layer and remove from the parchment. Roll into a roll and let cool.
Chop the carrots and bell peppers finely. Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Cool the vegetables a little and mix them with mashed feta cheese and cream cheese, add green onions, salt and pepper a little.
Unfold the roll and spread 2/3 of it with the filling.
Roll back into a tight roll. The omelet is flexible and folds well.
Wrap tightly with parchment and roll the edges with candy. Cool the roll in the refrigerator.
Serve sliced with tomatoes and fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
