How to cook "Mannik with pumpkin on kefir"
That's the whole set of products for manna. I have frozen pumpkin, cut into small cubes. If you have fresh pumpkin, grate it on a medium to coarse grater.
Combine semolina with sugar and fill with kefir. We mix.
Add pumpkin and dried cranberries. Cranberries can be substituted with raisins, cherries, or other berries. Mix and leave for 20-25 minutes.
Lightly grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. At the bottom, I laid out a circle of parchment. Add baking powder to the manna dough, mix thoroughly.
And put the mass into the mold. Let's level it.
We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes. Mannik is obtained with a golden brown crust.
