How to cook "Liver with Rice, Onion and Zucchini"
Clean the liver from films and bile ducts, then pass through a meat grinder with onion. I always make minced liver meat in reserve and freeze it. As a result, I can always quickly prepare a delicious dish.
Add grated and squeezed zucchini, eggs and boiled rice to the minced meat. I always add dried green onions, which not only add flavor to the dish, but also improve its structure by absorbing excess moisture without weighing down the dish. Add marjoram, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the liver mass and bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees until blush.
In the finished liverwort, the middle is springy, and the edges lag behind the shape. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with fresh herbs, vegetables or salad. Sour cream or yoghurt dressing can be served separately. Enjoy your meal!
