We bake fragrant, tender, fluffy rolls with apricots. My dough is the simplest - yeast butter. The main condition for success is fresh yeast. And you will definitely succeed! By the way, instead of apricots, you can use any berries and fruits available. Serve such rolls on weekdays and on a festive table with tea or coffee.

How to cook "Butter rolls with apricots"
Make bun dough. Pour milk and water into a bowl and lightly brown. Add yeast. I have live pressed. Dry will need three times less, 7-8 grams. Add a tablespoon of sugar and let the yeast foam. This will take 10-15 minutes.
Then melt the butter and pour into a bowl. Add refined sunflower oil, salt, another 4-5 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar.
Sift the flour and gradually add it to the dough.
Knead a soft, elastic dough.
Place the dough in a warm place for an hour and a half, covering it with cling film. During this time, it will increase in volume two to three times.
Remove the dough from the bowl, wrinkle and divide into 6-7 pieces. Roll each part into a layer. Make cuts as shown in the photo. Wash the apricots, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Place on dough.
Cover the apricots with the dough.
And roll up. It turned out to be a bun.
Place the rolls in a baking dish. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. During this time, the rolls will increase in size.
Lubricate the blanks with a beaten egg.
Bake the rolls in the oven at 175-180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
