How to cook "Tongues" eggplant appetizer "
Wash and peel the eggplants. Cut into plates 5-6 mm thick lengthwise. Sprinkle salt on each plate and let stand for 10 minutes.
Dip each plate of eggplant in flour.
Then dip both sides in the egg.
Place in a hot skillet with sunflower oil.
Fry the eggplant on both sides until golden brown. Place on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
