- Honey - 50 Grams
- Dark chocolate - 20 grams
- Milk - 150 Milliliters
- Rye flour - 200 Grams
- Wheat flour - 300 grams
- Flaxseeds - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Dry yeast - 1.5 teaspoons
- Sugar - 2 Teaspoons
- Caraway seeds - 1 tbsp. the spoon
How to make "Rye bread with honey"
In a small saucepan, heat the milk slightly, add honey and chocolate. Stir. Cool it down. The mixture should not be hot.
Sift two types of flour into a large bowl, add a pinch of salt, yeast, and flaxseeds. Stir.
While stirring the mixture with a fork, pour in 150 ml of warm (not hotter than 40 °) water and milk. Knead the dough.
Gather the dough into a ball, transfer to a clean bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise for 1.5-2 hours. Pound the dough, roll into a ball and place on a baking sheet on parchment. Cover and leave for another 30 minutes.
