How to cook "Lamb chops stewed under onion"

1. Wash the ribs, separate from each other.

2. Place the fat side down in a split skillet and wait for the fat to melt.

3. Cut the onion into half rings.

4. Mix all the spices.

5. Stir the meat, salt and pepper, add half of the spices, then add the onion and the remaining spices. Close tightly and simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours.
