Today I will tell you a simple recipe for chicken wings in the oven.
Use whole chicken wings, not frozen, if possible. It is better to marinate them overnight, so they will be much juicier.
If you do not want to use mayonnaise when baking, you can replace it with butter or vegetable oil by smearing the wings with a thin layer.

Ingredients:
- Chicken wings - 12-15 Pieces
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Chicken Seasoning - 1 Teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Yogurt - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Garlic - 4 Cloves
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Chicken wings in the oven"

Cut the chicken wings as shown in the photo. Do the same with the others.

In a bowl or resealable bag, marinate the wings with garlic, salt, pepper, spices, yogurt, and lemon juice. Marinate for at least half an hour.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place a sheet of foil over the baking sheet and lay out the wings. Bake for about 20 minutes on each side. Drain off any liquid that will accumulate on the bottom of the baking sheet.

Brush the fried wings with a thin layer of mayonnaise for a crispier crust and place them in the oven for a couple of minutes.
