How to cook "Green cabbage soup with lentils"

Boil the meat on the bone until tender. Then remove the meat and strain the broth. Cool the meat a little and separate from the bones. Return the broth to the stove. Add chopped potatoes to it.

While the potatoes are cooking, fry the carrots and onions separately. Add the cooked stir-fry to the broth.

Add lentils to soup and return meat. Boil everything together for about 15 minutes.

At the end of cooking, add chopped eggs and chopped herbs to the soup - sorrel, green onions, dill, parsley. Season with salt. Bring soup to a boil and turn off. Let it stand for a while.
