- Bacon - 150 Grams
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Grated cheese - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Cream 20% - 100 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Parsley - 1 Bunch
How to cook "Pasta with pear and bacon"
Dice the onion and bacon.
Core the pear and cut into cubes.
Heat a spoonful of oil in a large skillet and sauté the bacon and onions.
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions until al dente, that is, the pasta should be slightly undercooked. It will then come to readiness in the sauce.
Add pear to bacon. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Pour the cream into the pan, heat a little. Throw the pasta in a colander, then put in a frying pan, stir.
Divide the pasta into bowls, sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated cheese. Enjoy your meal!
