- Chicken egg - 1-2 Pieces
- Milk - 150 Milliliters
- Dill - 10 Grams
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Refined sunflower oil - 30 Milliliters
How to cook "Dill and Garlic Croutons"
Cut the white loaf into slices.
Break an egg into a plate. Small ones will need 2 pieces.
Beat the egg lightly, like an omelet.
Pour in milk and add a pinch of salt.
Finely chop the dill and add to a bowl of egg and milk.
Stir in egg, milk, salt and dill.
Dip the loaf slices into the prepared mixture on both sides.
Place in a hot skillet with refined sunflower oil.
Fry the croutons on all sides until golden brown.
Grate the still hot croutons with garlic. Although this is not necessary.
