Cooking description:
Indian pies "Samosa" stuffed with marshmallow and chocolate. Filo dough is used for the pies; you can buy it in the supermarket and store it in the refrigerator. Very light, thin dough. For the filling, we also use ready-made products: marshmallows and chocolate. Chocolate can be dark or white, according to your taste. The pies are deep-fried, for this we use a saucepan or deep fryer. From this amount of ingredients, five pies are obtained, although the amount of filling is determined by yourself. How to cook "Indian Samosa Pies with Marshmallow and Chocolate"

Defrost the filo dough. Cut each sheet into three identical rectangles.

Melt butter, prepare chocolate and marshmallows. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan. Put on low heat.

Chop marshmallows and chocolate finely.

We take the first rectangle and grease with oil, put the second on top and grease with oil and the last rectangle on top, do not grease,….

… and put a handful of marshmallow filling with chocolate. And we begin to fold, forming a triangular-shaped pie.

Fold over the top of the corner to make a triangle and repeat to the end (until the dough rectangle ends). If there is an extra part of the dough, cut it off.

Gently throw the pie into hot oil and do not move away from the stove, the pies are fried instantly. Cook until golden brown.

Put the finished pies on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.

Enjoy your meal!
