How to cook "Mulberry Kissel"

Sort the mulberry, remove the spoiled berries, tails. Rinse the berry with cold water, discard in a colander.

Wipe the mulberry through a sieve or punch with a blender. Pour starch with cold water (1 stack.).

Pour mulberry puree with water, add sugar, bring to a boil. Pour in the diluted starch in a thin stream, mix. Pour in lemon juice, bring to a boil, remove from heat.
