- Krakow sausage - 300 Gram
- Beans - 200 Grams
- Hard cheese - 100 grams
- Olives - 100 Grams
- Wheat flour - 180 Grams
- Mayonnaise - 100 Grams
- Sour cream - 100 Grams
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Soda - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Greens - 1/2 Bunch (dill, parsley, green onions)
- Salt - 1-2 pinches (to taste)
- Ground black pepper - 1-2 pinches (to taste)

How to make "Polish Meatcake"

1. Beans must be soaked overnight or for at least 4 hours, and then boiled until tender.

2. Cut the Krakow sausage and hard cheese into small cubes.

3. Cut the olives into 2 or 4 pieces, chop the greens finely.

4. Mix boiled and cooled beans, sausage and cheese, herbs and olives.

5. Now let's prepare the dough: whisk sour cream, mayonnaise and eggs with a whisk until smooth.

6. Add salt, pepper, baking soda and sifted flour. Knead the sticky dough.

7. Add the filling to the dough, mix well.

8. We shift the resulting mass into a rectangular shape and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

9. Check the readiness of the Polish meat cake with a wooden skewer. Serve hot.
