- Frozen artichokes - 270 Grams
- Egg - 4 Pieces
- Red onions - 0.5 Pieces
- Potatoes - 2-4 Pieces
- Jalapeno Pepper - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Green onions, feathers - 3 Pieces
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Fried Eggs with Artichokes and Potatoes"

1. First, cut the potatoes and onions into cubes. Chop green onions and peppers into rings, and medium pieces of artichokes. Chop the garlic.

2. Heat oil in a large skillet. Fry the potatoes in it for 15 minutes.

3. Then add garlic, onions and pepper to the pan. Add artichokes after a minute. Saute the vegetables for 7 minutes.

4. Then sprinkle the dish with salt and pepper. Add green onions and crack eggs. The eggs will be ready in a couple of minutes! Enjoy your meal!
