- Apple - 1 Piece

How to cook "Spicy Red Cabbage in Parchment"

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Prepare all vegetables, rinse them under running water.

Cut the cabbage into squares, removing the head. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the apples into squares, after removing the seed capsule.

Put the onion in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, fry until transparent. Then put the cabbage into the pan, pour the wine. Simmer for 10 minutes.
