How to cook "Cheesecakes with cottage cheese"

1. Take a commercial yeast dough. Powder the table with flour and cut the dough into small pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.

2. Set the balls of dough aside. Take only one to work.

3. Roll out a ball of dough on a floured table.

4. Make three cuts on the pancake, according to the photo.

5. Place the filling on the dough pancake. For the filling, mix cottage cheese with a tablespoon of sugar and sour cream. For flavor, you can add vanilla to the filling. Sour cream will not let the filling escape from the cheesecake.

6. Lift one sector of the pancake with two tips. Wrap this piece of dough around the curd and secure by gluing the edges. Now take the second sector frequently. Wrap around the filling and the first sector. Do the same for the last part of the sector and secure the edges well. It turned out to be a rose.

7. Transfer the cheesecakes to a baking sheet. Brush with whipped yolk.
