Ingredients:
- Dry yeast - 7 grams
- Sunflower oil - 4 Art. spoons
- Milk - 800 Milliliters
- Sugar - 5 Tbsp. spoons
- Millet - 1 Glass
- Wheat flour - 2 Glasses
- Butter - 50 grams
- Chicken Egg - 5 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons (for frying)
- Butter - 70 grams (for greasing pancakes)

How to cook "Boyarskiye Millet Pancakes"

Mix yeast with some flour, add to warm milk along with 1 tbsp. Sahara. Wait until a "frothy cap" forms.

Add millet and a spoonful of sugar to a glass of hot milk, cover and leave for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the porridge is ready. Refrigerate.

Beat the porridge with a blender several times.

Add the yolks to the porridge, mix everything well.

Mix the dough with the millet mixture.

Add flour.

Whisk the whites separately.

Add egg whites to the dough and mix well.

Fry the pancakes, greasing the pan with vegetable oil, and the pancakes themselves with butter.
