It will not be difficult to prepare this tasty and healthy dish for lunch or dinner. We will not fry the cutlets and the filling for them for long, so the cutlets will not absorb a lot of fat. Serve carrot cutlets with a sour or spicy sauce. If someone from your family refuses carrots, such cutlets are always eaten with pleasure:)

- Chicken Liver - 300 Grams
- Milk - 250 Milliliters
- Vegetable oil - 100 Milliliters

- Wheat flour - 5 tbsp. spoons (2 tbsp. l - for breading the liver, 3 tbsp. l - for the dough)

How to cook "Carrot cutlets with chicken liver"
Peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater (or use the cake after receiving the juice) and pour milk for 20 minutes.
Add flour, 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp salt to the chicken liver.
Then we mix everything well and gently - breading the liver.
Then put the liver in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry on both sides for 3 minutes.
Put the fried liver on parchment or kitchen napkins to cool. The cooled liver can then be cut into smaller pieces, but not required.
While the liver cools down, finely chop the onion and finely grate the garlic.
Then they must be fried in a small amount of vegetable oil until the onion is transparent.
Cut the cooled liver into small pieces and add to it most of the garlic and onion roast.
Add the caraway seeds there and mix well, but gently.
Squeeze the carrots a little from the milk, add eggs, flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, the rest of the roast and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper to it.
Knead the carrot dough. Then we form a small cake and lay out the filling from the liver. Next, we form a cutlet.
Cutlets must be fried in a pan with vegetable oil for 5 minutes on both sides. Then put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Let the cutlets cool slightly, and then serve them with vegetables and your favorite sauce.
