- Beef broth - 0.5 cups
- Worcestershire Sauce - 4 Teaspoons
- Mustard - 2 Teaspoons
- Tomato Paste - 2 Teaspoons
- Butter - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Shallots - 1 Piece
- Cognac - 4 Art. spoons
- Cream - 1/3 Cup
- Green Onions - 2 Pieces

How to cook "Beef Steak with Sauce"

1. Wash the meat, wipe it dry and salt, and let it sit for 15 minutes. Melt the butter in a skillet and lay out the steaks, depending on the thickness of the meat, fry for 2-4 minutes. Remove the meat from the heat and sauté the finely chopped onion.

2. Combine broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, tomato paste. Pour brandy into the pan and evaporate the alcohol, pour in the broth and bring to a boil, then cook for about 2-3 minutes until a thick mass is formed.

3. Pour in the cream and cook for a couple of minutes.

4. Serve cooked steak with sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
