How to cook "Curd dumplings"

1. Place the curd in a deep container for easy mixing.

2. Beat the egg into the curd, add sugar and salt. Mix and then add a little flour.

3. Divide the dough into pieces. Roll them into sausages.

4. Cut the sausages into small equal pieces.

5. Poison dumplings in boiling water and cook until curd dough is done.
