How to make "Creamy cake"

1. First, turn on the oven and preheat it to 180 degrees. Whisk the whites into a deep bowl and beat with a pinch of salt. Add about half a glass of powdered sugar. Pour in the cream and melted butter. Whisk everything until smooth.

2. Grease an ovenproof dish with oil and flour. Pour the dough and place in the oven for 40-45 minutes. The cake should be baked and browned.

3. Meanwhile, whip the cream with a glass of powdered sugar and cream cheese. Add lemon juice. You can, of course, use creamy and berry syrup in a cake recipe, for example. But lemon perfectly sets off the sweet taste.

4. Send the finished cream to the refrigerator and let it stand there.

5. When the cake is baked, cool it for about an hour and carefully cut it in half.

6. Spread the cream in an even layer (leave about a third) and cover with the other half.

7. You can decorate your creamy cake at home not only with the remaining cream, but also with an appetizing powder. Combine cold butter with icing sugar and a handful of flour. Add vanilla extract and crush everything into crumbs.
