Cooking description:
This is a dish from Italian cuisine, because not only the well-known pizza is baked there:) Such muffins serve as an excellent substitute for bread at home dinners, and they are also prepared for parties and buffets. It is very convenient to take such cupcakes for a picnic, to work or to school. Although they are salty, they will be very tasty with a cup of tea or coffee, believe me. How to make "Salty muffins with olives and sun-dried tomatoes"

1. Products for making cupcakes. I have my own sun-dried tomatoes, they are herbs and garlic, so I didn't add basil and oregano.

2. Pour milk, vegetable oil into a bowl, add salt, pepper, eggs and cheese grated on a fine or medium grater. And add the dried herbs.

3. Add olives and sun-dried tomatoes cut into small pieces to the resulting mass. You can take green and black olives, it will be even more interesting.

4. Stir until the olive and tomato slices are more or less evenly distributed.

5. Add flour mixed with baking powder.

6. And in the end we get such a rather thick dough.

7. The amount of dough is enough for 12 muffins. I put paper tins in the baking dish. This is optional.

8. Lay out the dough into molds.

9. And bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

10. Cupcakes are soft, fragrant, with a crispy crust.
