Due to the fact that this pie is very satisfying, with a lot of filling (and the potato dough itself is no worse than the filling), such a pie can be fed not only to the whole family, but also to friends who ran into the light and aroma. Of course, such a pie can be made with one or two fillings, but I advise you to try the full version, it will be very, very tasty!

How to make Potato Pie with Three Fillings
Prepare all the ingredients you need. First of all, peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and cook in slightly salted water. Also immediately boil 3 hard boiled eggs.
Finely chop half of the onion and celery and send to the pan with a little oil. Fry lightly to soften the onion.
Then add the peeled and chopped mushrooms and fry over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are tender.
In a separate skillet, first fry the second half of the finely chopped onion, then add the minced meat and fry, stirring frequently, until tender. Do not forget to salt and pepper to taste.
Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs or grate them on a coarse grater. Chives (you can take more or less) finely chop and mix with eggs.
In the meantime, the potatoes will boil. While it is hot, drain the water, and crush the potatoes in mashed potatoes along with a lump of butter. Then add 1 or 2 eggs and stir. Now look at the consistency, first add half the flour, mix. If the puree is still watery (and this depends on the type of potato), then add more flour. But I do not advise adding too much flour, the less it, the tastier the cake.
Put about 2/3 of the potatoes in a greased baking dish, distribute over the mold, forming sides. Put all three fillings in the middle: first the mushrooms, then the eggs, and finally the minced meat.
Top with remaining mashed potatoes. Lubricate with yolk and send to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 25-30 minutes, until a beautiful golden crust forms on the surface.
The potato pie with three toppings is ready! Enjoy your meal!
