How to cook "Liver Cake Recipe"

1. Wash the liver, then remove the veins and chop it finely, cover with milk and leave for 30 minutes. After a while, twist the liver in a blender or in a meat grinder, add the remaining milk, eggs, flour, salt. Fry the pancakes in a skillet.

2. Peel the onion and chop finely. Sauté the onion until golden brown.

3. Add mayonnaise, chopped herbs to the fried onions and stir.

4. Put the pancake, on it - a small amount of filling and again the pancake. Spread all the pancakes so that the filling is on top of the cake, garnish with dill. Refrigerate for a few hours, or overnight.
