How to cook "Kharcho soup with chicken"
We set the chicken to cook and soak the rice. When the chicken is ready, we take it out of the broth and send the rice to the pan.
Cut bell peppers, tomatoes and plums into small pieces and simmer over low heat in butter.
Meanwhile, grind the nuts into crumbs using a mortar or rolling pin.
When the mixture from the pan has cooled, rub it through a sieve. Then add all the spices, nuts and tomato paste. Mix well.
In a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, first pass finely chopped onion until transparent, and then grated carrots. Add the sauce and simmer for a few more minutes.
The chicken is already cold, you can separate the meat from the bones.
Add meat, vegetables with sauce to the broth with rice and cook for 10 minutes. Then add salt to taste, bay leaf and chopped garlic.
