How to make a Delicious Turkey Recipe

1. Peel and cut vegetables.

2. Place in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Meanwhile, wash and cut the turkey into medium slices.

4. Add to the pan with vegetables.

5. Salt, add spices to taste: pepper, paprika, bay leaf, garlic, etc.

6. Fry for 10 minutes until a light crust forms.

7. Transfer to a heat-resistant dish, add a little hot water or broth. Cover with a lid and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Simmer for about 35-45 minutes until tender.
