Put the prepared minced meat in a deep bowl, add pre-boiled rice, finely chopped onions to it and beat in a raw chicken egg.
Boil white cabbage in salted water until half cooked. Then cool it down and chop finely. Add kale to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and form oblong cabbage rolls from the resulting mass. Dip them in flour on all sides.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry cabbage rolls on it on all sides so that they acquire a golden brown crust. Place the cabbage rolls in an ovenproof baking dish.
For the sauce in a frying pan in which cabbage rolls were fried, sauté grated carrots, add salt, spices, tomato paste, sour cream, water and simmer for ten minutes. Add green onions at the end.
Pour the cabbage rolls into the mold with the resulting sauce. Cover it with foil and place in an oven preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees. Bake cabbage rolls in it for forty minutes.
