The only thing: it will take us 6-7 hours for the meat to cook well and become soft. You can add spices to your taste, and when serving, decorate the dish with herbs.

- Carrots - 1 Piece

How to cook "Boiled pork heart"

Rinse the hearts and remove veins and fat. Cut them in half.

Peel and chop the carrots and onions.

Rinse the celery stalks and cut into medium cubes.

Cut the pepper into rings. Peel the garlic and leave in whole cloves.

Put the hearts in a deep saucepan, add vegetables and spices and cover with water. Put on low heat and simmer for 6-7 hours.
