Main Ingredient: Meat / Vegetables / Pork / Legumes / Peas
- Pork - 1.2 Kilograms (with bone)
- Crushed peas - 2 Glasses
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Parsley - 10 Grams
- Dill greens - 10 grams
- Salt - To taste
How to cook "Soup in a Skovapok"
1 Put meat in a pressure cooker, add 2 liters of water, salt. Cook for 1 hour. 2 Wash the crushed peas, finely chop the carrots, onions and peppers. 3 Remove the cooked meat from the broth, add 0.5 liters of water and put the vegetables and peas in the pressure cooker. Cook the peas until boiling for 1-1.5 hours. 4 Place the meat in portions on plates, cover with hot soup, sprinkle with herbs. Add white croutons if desired.
