To your attention, I want to present a cool and rather original version of how to cook Mimosa salad with pickled cucumber. This is mostly a classic tuna recipe (but you can of course use any fish you have on hand), but the cucumber makes the dish more interesting in my opinion. I recommend using pickled rather than salted. Try it!

How to cook "Salad" Mimosa "with pickled cucumber"
1 Eggs, potatoes and carrots must be boiled until tender. Then cool well and clean. 2 Peel and chop the onion. Combine it with tuna, mash with a fork as it should. Add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and stir. Place the fish in the first layer on a serving plate. 3 Grate potatoes and place on top. Salt be sure, you can add a pinch of pepper. Brush generously with mayonnaise. 4 Next, grate the cucumber, put it on the potatoes. 5 Grated carrots and mayonnaise - next layer. 6 Carefully separate the whites from the yolks and grate them separately. Lay out the whites first, brush with a little mayonnaise and sprinkle with yolks. That's it, the salad is ready. Now put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak it.
